Meeting Attire:


The attire for the Annual Meeting is business.
Normal temperatures for December in Washington, DC range from the high 40's to low 30's.

Hotel Reservations:

We have not reserved a “host hotel” in Washington, DC, but there are a number of properties within walking distance to the Ronald Reagan Building. For suggestions on hotels in the area and all other logistics please contact Meetings Manager, Brandi Stevenson at bstevenson@c-changetogether.org or 202-349-0906.   

Air Travel:

Washington, DC metropolitan area has three major airports:

• Washington National Airport {DCA} 5 miles, 20 minutes
• Washington Dulles International Airport {IAD} - 25 miles, 45 minutes
• Baltimore/Washington International Airport {BWI} - 30 miles, 1 hour

Ground Transportation:

Taxi cab stands at all three airports. 

Financial Assistance:

A limited number of financial assistance grants are available for members and partners unable to participate without support. Funded participants must use pre-approved ground transportation services. Guests are not eligible for funding.

All financial assistance requests must be received by Wednesday, November 27, 2013.
