Registration:
An early bird rate of $250 will be charged for registrations received by September 12th and the regular rate of $350 will be charged for registration after September 12th and on-site registrations. To pay by credit card, please register for the meeting by completing the online registration form at C-Change Annual Meeting Registration by Wednesday September 12, 2012. To pay via check - please complete the following Mail in Registration Form and mail it by Wednesday September 12, 2012.

Air Travel:
Washington, DC metropolitan area has three major airports:
• Washington National Airport {DCA} - 5 miles, 20 minutes
• Washington Dulles International Airport {IAD} - 25 miles, 45 minutes
• Baltimore/Washington International Airport {BWI} - 30 miles, 1 hour
Ground Transportation & Parking:
Taxi cabs are available at all three airports. Shuttle reservations can be made with Super Shuttle at www.supershuttle.com.
Financial Assistance:
A limited number of financial assistance grants are available for members and partners unable to participate without support. Funded participants must use pre-approved ground transportation services. Guests are not eligible for funding.
All financial assistance requests must be received by Wednesday, September, 2012.
